Our Process

Start meeting aligned candidates in the next two weeks.

We do a deep dive with the team to understand their company and needs. We develop a unique dossier (examples below) rather than a job description, and begin to reach out to a diverse set of candidates in our network.

IDENTIFICATION

75% of the initial target lists for each search are within our network, and we send them a full dossier of the opportunity upfront. A diverse set of candidates then go through interviews with us and with the hiring team.

QUALIFICATION

Each search process is customized to the client, and we assist both the candidates and clients to agree on a winning offer. We’re always transparent with candidates about the role to find alignment and build trust, and typically place the right person within 2-4 months.

CONVERSION

We put together a customized document that shows off the Mission, Outcomes, and Competencies of the role (MOC format) and gives comprehensive company highlights. We send this to prospective candidates, who appreciate transparency with a new opportunity.
